After graduating it’s first ‘satellite’ class of medical students from the University of New Brunswick’s Saint John campus this spring, Dalhousie is now looking at the other end of the medical education timeline by instituting a ‘pre-med’ option for incoming undergrads this fall. Along with other students beginning their September classes, 100 “Bachelor of Medical Sciences” hopefuls began a 4-year track to a degree that will give them a more effective grounding for post-graduate medical studies.
