Subscribers to the Chronicle Herald recently received a bonus with their daily newspaper – a freshly launched bi-annual publication highlighting some of the work that goes on at the IWK Children’s Hospital.
The inaugural edition of Izaak includes profiles of the work done by IWK residents and lab technicians, efforts to improve childbirth safety half a world away, and the “…race to discover a connection between the measles virus and cancer…”
60,000 copies of Izaak were distributed with the Herald through November, but if you weren’t among the lucky recipients, you can access an electronic version of this -and future- issues at https://iwkfoundation.org/izaak .
