Food Hack: Wow Butter & Jam Oatmeal
Oatmeal looking a little boring today? Have you ever considered making it taste like everyone’s favourite childhood sandwich?
Food Hack: Breakfast Banana Split
Grab a bowl and layer the following to create your own version of a “banana split” for breakfast! Fun, delicious and healthy!
- A couple scoops of yogurt of your choice
- Blueberries and/or strawberries
- Granola, pumpkin seeds, flax
- Dried Cranberries or Raisins
- Drizzle of honey
To finish the creation- peel a banana, slice it lengthwise- and place on each side of your yogurt creation!
