Have you noticed we have corn tortilla chips at the deli now? I think they’d add a great crunch to a salad since we keep away from croutons (some of our severe allergy folks thank you!). Might as well lean in and get a Tex-Mex theme going on!
Ingredients
- Salad greens
- Toppings such as peppers, tomato, onion, black olives, salsa, black beans
- Crush some tortilla chips on to finish!
Ohh… you could chop up some cheddar from the deli on there too, maybe a few dashes of hot sauce for extra kick. I bet a black bean burger patty from the grill would be good on there… Oh, or how about some of those roasted sweet potatoes? Maybe a little chicken?
