For lunch Chef Joe prepared his favourite crispy fried chicken sandwich – it was a hit!

Tracy from Howe Hall prepared a classic Newfoundland breakfast for dinner at Howe Hall serving Bologna and beans – tasty is an understatement!

Feb. 14 – Valentine’s Day Cupcake Bar
On Valentine’s day we had a Cupcake Bar during dinner service at both dining halls. There were also vegan and no-gluten friendly options. We hope you came by, treated yourself, and shared the love over cupcakes!

Harry Potter Theme Night at Shirreff Hall
Welcome to Hogwarts! On this magical night we served all things Happy Potter – The Dark Arts Burger, Dumbledores Carved Roast Beef with Gravy and Horseradish, Lord Voldemort’s Warm Yorkshire Pudding, and Ravenclaw Ice Cream Sandwiches were a few of the wizard features.
