Today is the first day of the LibQUAL+® survey. Please take 6-8 minutes to complete the online survey. When you complete the survey, you can enter your name* in a draw to win an iPad Mini or a $300 VISA gift card.

The survey is easy to access from all public use computers in all five of the Dalhousie Libraries, as well as from the main page of the Dalhousie Libraries website, libraries.dal.ca

Your participation in this survey is important. Your input is valuable. Please tell us what you think and help the Dalhousie Libraries to serve you better. More information about LibQUAL+ at Dalhousie can be found here.

* Your survey answers will be confidential because your email address will not be stored with your responses.

Beginning January 28, the Dalhousie Libraries are asking students, faculty and staff to participate in the LibQUAL+ survey.

The LibQUAL+ survey provides the Dal Libraries with valuable information about your library experience. It is essential for the libraries to receive this information so that we can strive to match your expectations with your experience in the Dalhousie Libraries.

The LibQUAL+ survey is used in over 17 different countries in a wide variety of library environments.

Below are two examples of data that we have gathered from the last time we did the LibQUAL+ survey, in 2010.
