Will Novanet Alumnus card holders be admitted to the Killam Literature stack area any time soon? I am preparing a course for the Seniors College Association of Nova Scotia (SCANS) to be offered in the fall of this year. barry,mills@ns.sympatico.ca

Hello Barry,
Thanks for your inquiry. We don’t yet have a timeline for those not currently registered/working at Dalhousie to get stack access, but we’d like to assist you with your research needs. Firstly, we have a curbside service that you can use — simply place holds in the Novanet catalogue as you usually would and you will be notified when your books are ready for pick-up. Another option is our new community research stations. There are two at the Killam that can be booked for up to three hours at once. This will give you access to our electronic resources. Finally, if you would like some research assistance, please contact killmref@dal.ca with your questions.
