The Dalhousie Libraries are constantly changing to meet the needs of our users—but we can’t do it without you.
From March 1 – 19 the Libraries are running a campus-wide online survey to find out what your perceptions and expectations are of our services. Some of you may have done the LibQUAL+ survey in 2007—this time we’re running a shorter version called LibQUAL+ Lite, which should take no more than 8 minutes to complete. Include your email and you could win one of many prizes, including a $100 certificate for dinner at It’s All Greek To Me.
Some of the changes we’ve made as a direct result of responses to our previous surveys can be seen on our “We Hear You” webpage.
The Dalhousie Libraries thank you for taking the time to complete our survey—your responses are invaluable to us!
I think the libraries are great but it would be excellent to update the facilities and bit, and refresh them. I also find it extremely cold on higher levels at the Killam, and often the internet is less reliable the higher up you go – but unfortunately, the lower levels are too noisy.
New grad space is fantastic, by the way!
