Your dining experience on campus is different this year, but we’ve worked hard to make sure we kept the variety, quality, and tastiness that you would experience in any other year.
If you were with us in previous years, you will have noticed our serving style changed from primarily self serve to a full-service model. This is to ensure we in line with the new safety measures put in place during COVID-19. Throughout your hall you will see core stations like pizza, deli and the grill, where offerings are consistent throughout lunch and dinner, with added featured specials. At the Showcase station, we have a rotation of offerings inspired by cuisines from around the world. We also added an alternatives station where you will find vegan and no gluten entrees, sides, and desserts.
