These journals include all of the annual reports and special reports for that time period. You can find a link to the journals on NS Legislature’s website, under the ‘related’ section of the journals page. http://nslegislature.ca/index.php/proceedings/journals/

You can also search their catalogue: http://legcat.gov.ns.ca for “journals and proceedings” http://legcat.gov.ns.ca/record=b1056447 to bring up catalogue record for the journals.

Because these journals also include the annual reports for the time period, you can also find the reports under the record for the specific report. For example:

Education Annual Report: http://legcat.gov.ns.ca/record=b1042504

These records will soon be added to Novanet.
