Charles Tourneur and Jan Pelley
The Killam Library welcomes new staff members Jan Pelley and Charles Tourneur to our Circulation Dept. Jan began working here full time at the beginning of September, and Charles in mid-October as a fulltime temp until next August. Both are recent graduates of the NSCC with Diplomas in Library and Information Technology, and say they’re enjoying putting their skills to practical use. It’s a pleasure to see your smiling faces behind that Circ Desk, Jan and Charles!

It’s staff news! Also we figured it might be nice for our users to be able to put names to the faces they see every day at our service desks.
As a member of the Killam Library staff I appreciate knowing when new staff members arrive in the Dalhousie Libaries. This type of news is important to me.
I would also like to express my sincere welcome to two new co-workers in the Circulation Department! Jan and Charles are great to work with, and we definitely enjoy their happy faces.
This is indeed fantastic news for me… It serves to highlight the fact that my very overpriced education is worth no more than a second class community college diploma.. When I graduate I’m stuck with an astronomical debt and a very bleak career outlook…. so give me another reason why I should be happy about this…
The Circulation Dept. & other Dept’s are happy to
