We have encountered some problems linking out from PubMed to journal articles as a result of the recent improvements to Novanet. We are in contact with PubMed and are working on resolving these issues as quickly as possible.
If you are using PubMed and receive the following error message: “The login process has failed. Please refer to the library for assistance,” this means that your library account has expired (not your Dal NetID and password). Please contact the library to have your account re-activated. Once our link to PubMed is fixed and your expired account is updated (if your account was expired), you will be able to access the articles.
Meanwhile, you can start at our homepage https://libraries.dal.ca/ and enter the article name in our “Search Library Resources” search box to find and access the article in Novanet.
