Exams begin December 9 and end December 19
This is just a reminder that the Killam will open earlier on the weekends during the exam period:
Saturdays and Sundays (Dec. 5-6; Dec. 12-13; Dec. 19) 8 am – midnight

I agree that it would be really really great to have a study facility, especially the Killam, open later than midnight regularly.

I appreciate that you guys are working on it.
Since costs are obviously an issue, is there any way that a fundraiser could be organized by the DSU or whoever has the authority for such things?
Or maybe just sell a security card for the term to students that want to have access, like they do for Computer Science students in the Computer Science building?

All good points Mina. As a matter of fact, what’s currently in the works is actually a Student Services-led initiative which the Killam is collaborating on. We can’t release more information at this point but do stay tuned!

Is it a possibility for the Fall 2009 term?
