Over 100 organizations will be at the Halifax Career Fair next week!

Both the Nova Scotia Government and the Federal Government are key sponsors of this event. Many of their departments will have representatives who can provide you with details such as the following:

• What are the key skills your department looks for when hiring students/new grads?
• What volunteer groups or associations should I get involved with?
• What does it take to be successful within your department?
• Could there be an opportunity to do my practicum with your office?
• How can I get a job with your organization?
• Who else should I talk to about future opportunities?
• Do you currently have any job openings?

When: Tuesday, September 25 (10:00 – 4:00)
Where: Cunard Centre (next to Pier 21 Museum)
Website: www.HalifaxCareerFair.ca
