The American Library Association has passed a ALA Memorial Resolution to honour Dr. Norman Horrocks, professor emeritus at SIM, as well as former School director and Dean of the Faculty of Management. This resolution is a signal honour and speaks to the immeasurable legacy that Norman left to his profession and the field of information management. We at SIM continue to miss Norman’s sweet, gracious, and gentle spirit.
Almost a year later and many of us, I know, keep looking for his e-mails with bits and bytes of interest. This is indeed a lovely tribute.
