New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) Online Archives – Kellogg Library
The W.K. Kellogg Health Sciences Library recently purchased the New England Journal of Medicine(NEJM) Online Archives 1945-1989. These backruns will complement our current NEJM subscription which is 1990 onward.
NEJM is one of Dalhousie’s most heavily used online journals. We are
pleased to be able to provide this additional access thanks to funds
from the Nova Scotia Provincial Medical Board.

ENDING SOON! Kellogg Library’s Free Trial of PEPID
Free trial of PEPID is ending soon!
The library is participating in a free trial to PEPID until August 17. PEPID Medical Information Resources join research and clinical practice – providing an evidence-based reference that provides the latest practice recommendations, integrated directly into relevant clinical conditions, disease profiles and drug monographs. Available on and off campus.

Kellogg Library’s Free Trial of VisualDX
The library is participating in a free trial of VisualDX until the last week of September. VisualDx is a diagnostic clinical decision support system which combines high-quality, peer-reviewed medical images and concise, actionable information to assist in the accurate recognition and management of disease. Health care professionals can input visual clues, symptoms, and patient history to help make the correct diagnosis.

Kellogg Library Summer Hours
WK Kellogg Health Sciences Library begins summer hours on Friday, June 1, 2012.
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Saturday – Sunday CLOSED
The Circulation Desk, computers, printers and photocopiers shut down 15 minutes before library closing.
Kellogg Library Easter Hours
The Kellogg Health Sciences Library will be open Easter weekend. The hours are as follows:
Friday, April 6 9am-11pm
Saturday, April 7 8am-11pm
Sunday, April 8 9am-11pm
Monday, April 9 7:30am-11pm
*Circulation staff is available a half hour after library opening.

The WK Kellogg Health Sciences Library will be open regular hours on Saturday and Sunday with reduced hours on Thanksgiving Monday. Our hours for Thanksgiving weekend are:
