Gina Coates is a graduate of the Library and Information Technology program at the Nova Scotia Community College. Before becoming the Sexton Library Evening and Weekend Supervisor in August 2015, Gina volunteered at the Sexton Library, and worked in temporary positions at the Sexton, Killam, and Kellogg Libraries.

Gina’s main duties include working with the team at the Sexton Library and supporting the everyday operation of the library in Access Services, Document Delivery, and Resources. She will also “float” among the other Dalhousie Libraries when her help is needed.

“It’s been such a great experience working at the Dalhousie Libraries these past few years and now as a full-time employee I’m looking forward to what the future will bring!” says Gina.
