Echo is a familiar face at both the Killam and Kellogg Libraries. Before coming to Dalhousie, she worked at the NSCAD Library while she was completing her BFA with a major in Fine Arts.

“As a student at NSCAD I got a job in the library, and I liked it so much I decided that’s what I should do when I graduated. I’ve always loved libraries so it seemed like a perfect fit. I feel so fortunate to be part of the Dalhousie Libraries,” says Echo.

Echo went on to graduate from the Library & Information Technology program at NSCC in 2011 and started working at the Dal Libraries in 2011. Her duties at her homebase library, the Kellogg, include work in both circulation and resources. She will also “float” among the other Dalhousie Libraries when needed.

The Dalhousie Libraries’ have greatly benefitted from Echo’s artistic talents. She often gets called upon to create original signage for the white boards. In her spare time, Echo enjoys horror films, anime, and manga.
