We’re delighted to announce that Mick Bottom will be taking on a new role with the Dalhousie Libraries!

Mick’s new position is the Manager of Services, Support and Training, where he will be responsible for overseeing the integration of Instructional Technologies support, Help Desks, and Library Desktop support into a unified service team.

“With Mick’s leadership, the unified team will help expand our service capacity and allow us to be more responsive in responding to the regular surges in demand for each area.” Says Marc Comeau, Director of Library IT.

“‎I am thrilled to be given this opportunity, and to continue working with LITS and my colleagues in the libraries” says Mick Bottom. “I’m proud of the great services already offered by LITS and I am looking forward to further developing and enhancing those services in the future.”
