Have a laptop, mobile, wireless or general computer problem…but don’t want to make the trip to the Killam Helpdesk? The Kellogg Health Sciences Library is piloting a new Book-a-Tech pilot service and it may be just what you need…
The Kellogg Library has an on-site computer technician three times a week and this new service will allow you to reserve some of their time to help you solve your tech problems starting Monday January 13th.
To book your time with a computer expert just go to our Online Study Room Booking System and look for the BOOK-A-TECH option. Reserve your time and bring your device and/or question to the Kellogg Service Counter at your appointment time.
The Book-a-Tech service will be available at the Kellogg Library during the following times:
• Monday 8:30 – 11:30 am
• Wednesday 1:00- 4:00 pm
• Friday 1:00- 4:00 pm
