On March 26, the Killam Library was thrilled to host poets Zachariah Wells and Rachel Lebowitz as part of the CLCP* reading series.
Zachariah read from some soon-to-be published work, while Rachel read from her just-published book, Cottonopolis.
Following the reading, they took questions from the audience and even treated us to a verse or two from the children’s book they wrote together. Missed the reading or just want to see it again? Watch it here.
* The CLCP (Canadian Literary Collections Project) was established at Dalhousie University to provide a focus for the development and appreciation of Canadian and Maritime Provinces creative writing on campus, and in particular of the Canadian literary collections held at the Killam Memorial Library.
