The Dalhousie Libraries has purchased a subscription to the National Film Board’s online Screening Room. Launched in 2009, this rich site offers free, high-quality viewing of over 700 NFB productions, from historical films to current releases. Our subscription provides additional public performance rights for educational use and classroom presentation.

The NFB online Screening Room lets you watch documentaries, animation and alternative dramas in streaming video, as well as NFB playlists, upcoming films and other related resources. Check it out via the National Film Board’s awesome website (but don’t forget to get your work done too…).
