The Sessional Instructor will teach the elective Archives course (INFO 6800) in the MLIS program during the 2015 Winter term. The course is scheduled for one 3 hour period per week, January – April, 2015
Graduate in LIS, Archives or cognate discipline and significant employment experience in an archival setting. Prior teaching experience will be an asset and some research experience in Archival Studies or a cognate area will be helpful.
The Instructor reports to the Director of the School. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Responsibility for all aspects of teaching and administering the course, including lectures, active learning class sessions, assignment preparation and evaluation;
- Availability for two hours per week for consultation with students.
