On behalf of my colleagues at the School of Information management, I would like to extend all my best wishes for the season to all MLIS and MIM students.  Many of our MIM students had the opportunity to get together for lunch last Friday while they were in town for their intensive sessions.  MLIS students held a very successful end-of-term party on Saturday night.  I cannot resist including pictures of the special holiday cake that was created for Saturday’s party; it has made quite a buzz in the social media circles.

It has been our privilege and pleasure to work with you this term and we look forward to seeing you again, both virtually and in person, next year. To those of you who celebrate these occasions, Happy Hanukkah (belated), Happy Kwanzaa, and Merry Christmas.
