I would like to thank all faculty, students, staff, and SIM friends who joined us in our pot luck lunch today to celebrate the successful re-accreditation of the MLIS program.  We had a variety of delicious foods and desserts.  Most of the main dishes were vegan, for which I was particularly grateful :).  Many thanks in particular to Jenn and all the students who helped with setting up the food and, more importantly, with cleaning up and washing the dirty dishes and cutlery.  I think we need to do this more often, as it’s a good opportunity to meet as a community to share delicious food and pleasant conversation.
