The Social Media Lab at the Dalhousie School of Information Management is pleased to announce the first ever Social Media Lab – Elsevier WebApp Concept Design Competition to find the next great web application for Elsevier’s* new SciVerse search and discovery platform. Elsevier is offering $3,000 in prizes and challenging Dalhousie students to help more than 15 million researchers, medical professionals, librarians and students navigate scientific content, improve scientific search and discovery, visualize sophisticated data in more insightful and attractive ways and stimulate collaboration.
