The Dalhousie Student Writing Centre will be offering two tutorials at the W. K. Kellogg Health Sciences Library. These informal sessions will provide tips to help guide you through the writing process, from understanding the assignment through to the revision process. Questions are welcome during the sessions and additional resources will be recommended. These sessions will be repeated periodically throughout the term.

The “Writing Research Papers” seminar will cover issues such as researching a topic, writing effectively, using evidence in your writing, proper referencing (with a brief introduction to APA) and the revision process.

2. *Intellectual Property Issues *Wednesday September 24, 3-4pm
Kellogg Library GS3-4

The “Intellectual Property Issues” seminar will discuss the importance of intellectual property and academic integrity and provide a more thorough overview of proper referencing and APA guidelines.
