Join us as Charlotte Mendel shares passages from and discusses the themes in her latest novel, Reversing Time. A fast-paced fantasy YA novel, Reversing Time tackles vital themes in today’s society — such as climate change and the environment — within the context of an exciting page-turner.
The main character, Simon, races home from school every day a step ahead of the school bullies — until he finds the talisman. Even as the talisman begins to destroy his family, Simon discovers that he belongs to a tribe of people with the power to travel along the length and breadth of their own life lines. Simon is shocked to learn that they expect him to help halt humanity’s destiny: extinction.
