Second year Corporate Residency MBA student, Zoe Bourgard completed her 8-month residency as an Allocation Analyst with TJX Canada (Winners/ HomeSense) in Mississauga, Ontario. Zoe credits her achievements and the launch of her career to Dalhousie’s CRMBA program.

“I graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in 2009 with a degree in Marketing. Excited to launch a career in my field of expertise, I was quickly humbled by the challenges I experienced securing an employment opportunity with limited work experience. Discovering the CRMBA program at Dalhousie was one of the best things I could have done. Although candidates could expect a rigorous curriculum, the program also offered a lengthy (and compensated) work term and extensive networking opportunities that would surely be beneficial in the launching of my professional career. Over the last 2 years I’ve developed a range of leadership skills and am confident that I’ll be successful in any endeavor I embark on.”
