NOTE for Academic Departments:  All graduate funding payments (also referred to as GSPIP’s) are to be processed as per usual for the current and 2018-2019 academic years.

      • The go-live date to begin using the new system/process is June 11, 2019
    • April – May 2019
      • Training for Departments

    • February 2018 – March 2019
      • System development of the system
      • Testing of the system
  • Fall 2017
    • Present to Executive Sponsors and confirm project direction/options
    • Continue development of new process and functional details
    • Finalize functional requirements and payment option details
  • Summer 2017
    • Survey Students
    • Full review of payment timing options
    • Executive Sponsors Meeting to review project and options to date
    • Finalize functional requirements of a new process
    • Begin general development and infrastructure for a new process
  • Winter – Spring 2017
    • Confirm project approval from senior Executive Sponsors
    • Continue to meet with processing stakeholders
    • Begin documenting functional requirements
  • Fall 2016 – Winter 2017
    • Begin meeting with various processing stakeholders to confirm current process and opportunities for improvement
