Dr. Allan Kellehear

The School of Health Administration is pleased to welcome Dr. Allan Kellehear (BA, PhD, AcSS).  Allan was formerly Professor of Palliative Care at LaTrobe University in Australia (1998 – 2006) and Professor of Sociology at the University of Bath in England (2006 – 2011).  During these times he was also the 2003-04 Visiting Professor of Australian Studies at the University of Tokyo in Japan, and then the 2009 William J. Clinton Distinguished Lecturer at the William J. Clinton Presidential Center and Clinton School of Public Service at the University of Arkansas, USA.  He is an Academician of the Academy of Social Sciences in the United Kingdom and is contributing to professional development for the new postgraduate public health program within the School.  Welcome, Allan!
