Also presented at the convocation ceremony was the Student Appreciation Award, given by the Student Association for Health and Human Performance (SAHHPer), in recognition of a staff or faculty member who makes the student experience at Dalhousie more enjoyable and rewarding. This year the award was given to Professor Barbara Hamilton-Hinch.
