DALIS is a platform that allows interested students to increase their profile and knowledge of the Capital Markets industry. The 70+ member-and-growing Dal Investment Society, which meets on a weekly basis, has not only attracted a strong contingent of Commerce students, but also students from outside the Faculty of Management. The society strives toward their goal to “be the most comprehensive student run investment society in Canada that excels in derivatives trading and structured products” as they manage a $100 million mock portfolio in the RBC Bloomberg Risk Lab.
