The Dalhousie University Formula SAE Team is a student-run organization that consists of undergraduate and graduate engineering students from all disciplines of engineering. This unique group of students dedicate themselves to pursuing the common goal of competing in the annual Formula SAE competition.

After successfully competing in the 2012 FSAE Michigan design competition, the 2012-2013 Dalhousie Formula SAE Team is currently engaged in the design and development of the 2013 competition vehicle. Our team of 30 dedicated members is responsible not only for the design, construction and testing of the competition vehicle, but also for financing and marketing . This project based learning environment, coupled with challenges brought forward through the Formula SAE program, is invaluable to the development of leadership, team work, project management and problem solving skills, which team members will apply in their future careers.
