The first transportation lecture in the Transportation 2014 Canadian series will take place in Halifax, Nova Scotia on Wednesday, March 19 at 17:00 at Dalhousie University. The lecture will be presented at the Goldberg Computer Science Building, 6050 University Avenue, Room 127. The lecture, entitled Future Challenges in Roadway Transportation Infrastructures, will feature speakers from Dalhousie University, LED Roadway Lighting Ltd. and Nova Scotia Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal.
The lecture is being held thanks to the partnership support of LED Roadway Lighting and Nova Scotia Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, and is being hosted by Dalhousie University in Halifax.
Speakers will include Dr. Ahsan Habib, Transportation Professor, Dalhousie University; Steve Elder, Chief Technology Officer, LED Roadway Lighting Ltd.; Christine Eisan, Senior Policy Advisor and Krise Jones, Research and Policy Analyst, Traffic Engineering and Road Safety, Nova Scotia Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal.
