1. Pleasant – heritable, habitual, doesn’t change much – the first taste is much the same as the 6th taste.
2. Good – experience periods of “flow” where time shifts because you are deeply engaged in what you are doing. You craft your life around your strengths.
3. Meaningful – you use your strengths to serve a higher purpose.
