From Prof.Grant Wach: Tuesday evening in Madrid it was announced that Dalhousie Earth Science students Darragh O’Connor, Charlie Carlisle and Connor Wentzell finished first of 45 university teams from around the World in the EAGE FIELD competition! The FIELD competition is hosted by the European Association of Geologists and Engineers and pits universities from around the world in an intense competition where teams have seven weeks to assess a geological and engineering database and complete an evaluation of a petroleum field.
