Over 200 years ago, Dalhousie was founded as “the little college by the sea.” While we are still by the ocean, that’s about the only thing that hasn’t changed. Across our Signature Research Clusters and many more areas of intensive research, Dalhousie’s researchers are solving complex issues and contributing to knowledge worldwide.

Dalhousie is currently recruiting for six Canada Research Chairs. These prestigious chairs are reserved for emerging or established world leaders in a field of research. The six CRCs currently open for applications are:

Tier 1 in Functional Genomics of Inherited and Acquired Disease
Tier 1 in Translational Immunotherapy
Tier 2 in Primary Care
Tier 2 in Artificial Intelligence for Health
Tier 2 in European Union Studies
Tier 2 in Indoor Controlled Environment Farming
